Questions
Who is it for?
New supervisors and team leaders in small Australian businesses, especially if you're leading people who used to be your workmates and still doing hands-on work yourself.
How much time does it take?
About 10–15 minutes per lesson, plus one workplace task each week. Real conversations can take longer, and that's fine.
Do I need a paid AI tool?
No. The AI rehearsal prompts are optional. Every exercise also works on paper or with a colleague.
Can my manager be involved?
Yes, and it helps. A short companion guide gives your manager one check-in question for each week.
Is this HR or legal advice?
No. It covers everyday supervision. For formal processes, safety or complaints, talk to your manager or a qualified HR adviser. Each lesson shows you when.
