Who runs this site
promotednext.com is run by Gregory Dee (ABN 68 808 554 405), trading as PromotedNext, a sole trader based in Brisbane, Queensland. “We” and “us” mean Gregory Dee trading as PromotedNext.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you join the pilot, the pilot terms apply as well, and we’ll send them to you before anything is charged.
What this site is, and isn’t
PromotedNext gives practical guidance for everyday supervision. It isn’t HR advice or legal advice, and it doesn’t cover formal disciplinary processes. For anything involving pay, contracts, safety, discrimination or a formal complaint, talk to your manager or a qualified HR adviser.
The examples in our lessons are fictional. Any likeness to a real person or workplace is a coincidence.
We take care to keep the site accurate and working, but every workplace is different. Use your own judgement, and your employer’s policies, before you act on anything you read here.
Using our lessons and tools
The lessons, tools, words and design on this site belong to PromotedNext. You’re welcome to:
- read them and use them in your own work
- adapt the tools and the “what to say” lines for your own team
- share a link to any public page.
Please don’t copy, resell or republish them, or present them as your own, without asking first. Email greg@promotednext.com if you’d like to use something in another way.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site: don’t try to break it or get into parts of it that aren’t public, don’t send spam or false details through the forms, and don’t use automated tools to copy its content.
Your information
How we handle the details you give us is set out in our privacy policy.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another site, we’re pointing you to something useful, not vouching for everything on it. We aren’t responsible for what other sites say or do.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights can’t be taken away by anything written here.
Beyond those rights, and as far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss that comes from relying on the general guidance on this site in place of advice about your own situation.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
